Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be made without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the scheduled service price, whichever is greater.

Customers who do not provide notice and are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time may be subject to the same cancellation fee.

For larger, specialty, move-in, or move-out cleaning appointments, Genesis Ultimate Services LLC may require a deposit. Any applicable deposit and cancellation terms will be clearly communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

If Genesis Ultimate Services LLC must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee.

All cancellation fees must be disclosed to the customer before booking and must be accepted as part of the booking process.
